The Southern Nevada Workforce Investment Board is a world-class workforce development system that complements the State of Nevada's overall education and economic development strategy and guides federal, state and local resources in a customer-focused and user-friendly manner, promoting a high quality, competitive workforce. Additionally, the SNWIB manages the Nevada JobConnect Career Centers located in the Southern Nevada Workforce Investment area.
